Disliked: Room doors do NOT deadbolt. They have been removed from most doors. Sliding glass door that lead to balcony also have locks removed, so no way to lock. Floors are filthy. Staff is worthless. No manager is ever on premise. Also, no maintenance after 5pm and no security

Liked: Location - close to the Rodeo Drive and a lot of restaurants/bars close; staff - very positive and helpfull
Disliked: no water available in the room and no bar opened in the property to buy one; no USB plug to charge my phone

If you are in and...

Liked: Location is unbeatable. Great for an overnight stay where you need to be in the middle of an action. Booking a last minute will also give you a steep discount.
Disliked: Overall vibe 5/10. Has a motel vibe where people just come to sleep an leave. Will not give you a home away from home vibe.The floor in my room also was sticky, probably from being freshly cleaned with detergent. Also had an odor of chemicals used for the cleaning. Was clean though, no issues. Fast checkin, checkout.

Not a 4-star hotel

Liked: The location is great. The refresh on the finishes is fine.
Disliked: This place is weird. The bed is nowhere near a queen size. It felt claustrophobic. The sink is mod and hip, but the faucet is not appropriate. It sprays all over the place at full open, and drain can not handle the flow and backs up. The shower is interesting, but the wall spray is aimed at the door opening creating a liability.The hotel is not a 4-star by any stretch. There is no pool, no gym, no restaurant, no bar. The elevator is not meant for public use, so the place is a walk up. There is no way this hotel has a normal price of $470.
