Liked: Great location and comfortable room. All the staff members were very nice.
Disliked: The rooms were not soundproofed and the fridge could be a bit noisy sometimes.

Liked: Very well situated close to the old town of Bilbao and 20 minutes walking from Gugenheim Museum. Hotel clean, nice service and quite area.
Disliked: nothing to say.
