Liked: Location, and the bar/restaurant
Disliked: Hidden $25/day parking fee. We did not see this parking fee posted when we printed our confirmation. Only said one car per room was allowed, nothing about a fee that was substantial for our 7 night stay. I would like a refund on that fee. I don’t like being scammed.

Liked: Nice location, pools are good, right on a beach ⛱Food in the restaurant was good. They recovered nicely after the last hurricane.
Disliked: The room itself was fine. It was cold so we needed heat, but the heat pump was not functioning well, was working practically non stop and it was rather loud. Out of 2 elevators only one was working

Disliked: Pillows, blankets, comforter was super uncomfortable.You repeatedly have to ask for more towel sets for showers and new bedding. We waited 6 hours for bedding for the pull out couch.

Disliked: One bed was very soft and one bed was very firm. The pillows were way to puffy.
