Exceptional stay

Liked: Excellent stay and very accommodating staff who go out of their way for you. Feels like a home away from home but with all of the amenities and services of a hotel.
Disliked: The pillows - unfortunately a wider selection of pillows of varying thicknesses and fillings would have been excellent. The present ones are too shallow with little to no neck support and caused discomfort for me. Having said that, this is not a shortcoming of the hotel as their offering is some of the best in the city.
