Superb

Liked: Friendly and efficient staff. Beautiful and quiet setting. Convenient parking. Handsome building, well presented. Well equipped room. Comfortable and clean bed. Clean bathroom. Good breakfast included. Welcoming bar/lounge area. Would choose to stay again and would recommend to others.
Disliked: Room a little hot for me (easy to turn radiator down and open window). Suggest somewhere to put wetpack in bathroom plus perhaps hook on door for dry clothes. Muzak a little loud for me. Would prefer encrypted wifi. These are minor things in an otherwise lovely hotel.

Liked: Lovely and clean, beautiful grounds.
Disliked: There's not much to do near bye. The hotel was very quiet when we arrived. When we we checked out, we were ignored by every staff member. They all seemed to be dealing with potential wedding clients. The existing clients were kept waiting

Liked: Friendly staff, large parking, beautiful grounds, building with character.
Disliked: Very thin toilet tissue is the only fault.

Liked: Amazing hotel. Staff were so polite and did anytjing to meet our needs. Nothing was too much trouble but we didn't need much to be honest. Lovely big room with plenty of space to move around in. Gorgeous alpacas to great you on the drive up to the hotel.
Disliked: We didn't get chance to tell them, but our shower was poor. Beautiful to look at but not enough power in the water to get hot water or to rinse shampoo out of hair.. But if we had been in the hotel long enough I know they would have sorted it for us.

Just ticked all the boxes

Liked: The breakfast was superb, could not fault a thing. Staff very friendly and attentive.For my next day appointment the location was excellent
Disliked: I really could not improve on my stay, possibly an excercise lawn for my dog to have a free run.
