The hotel deceived me.

Disliked: The hotel deceived me. I blocked a suite with a view of the gallery, when I arrived, I found out at the reception that this room was not available. The administrator said that it was a mistake on booking (do you believe it?) and offered a room - 4 walls and a bed. I booked a suite. How do you like the alternative? They did not help in any way, they just said the standard phrase: "sorry".

Liked: It’s very shame hotel ! I get my neck burn because of the water change in the bathroom !!! I send an email no one answer me ! It’s not 5 star hotel ! It’s A SHAME ! U want to take shower and the water change without touching anything !!!!
Disliked: The bathroom water ! The room look also old

Liked: Having stayed in hotels all over Europe, The Gray is completely mis-priced. The decor is tired and outdated, the room I stayed in was extremely small with virtually nowhere to put clothes. The bed faced into the room which felty claustrophobic and the curtains hid a brick wall. Plastic bottles in the room for water were no replenished and there were no glasses.The fact that this tiny room cost Euros600 felt like a total rip off. I definitely would not recommend this hotel.
