Excellent location, beautiful room and...

Liked: The location of the hotel is perfect for sight-seeing. We could see the Duomo from our window. The hotel staff were very welcoming and generously offered a free room upgrade on arrival. The room itself was superb and easily accommodated our party of three. We will definitely choose here again for our next visit to Milan.

The hotel deceived me.

Liked: City center
Disliked: The hotel deceived me. I blocked a suite with a view of the gallery, when I arrived, I found out at the reception that this room was not available. The administrator said that it was a mistake on booking (do you believe it?) and offered a room - 4 walls and a bed. I booked a suite. How do you like the alternative? They did not help in any way, they just said the standard phrase: "sorry".

Don’t go ! They burn...

Liked: It’s very shame hotel ! I get my neck burn because of the water change in the bathroom !!! I send an email no one answer me ! It’s not 5 star hotel ! It’s A SHAME ! U want to take shower and the water change without touching anything !!!!
Disliked: The bathroom water ! The room look also old
