Liked: Room well equipped and as clean as you would expect. Located in a quiet neighbourhood within 10 mins walk from West Kensington underground station. Good check-in arrangements, with friendly and helpful staff.

Fine for what it was...

Disliked: The bathroom ventilation system was nonexistent. The curtains couldn’t be closed at all. The fabric on the red bannister was peeling and you really had to watch out for stains on white clothes so sleeping was challenging. The room was very small - photos don’t do it justice. Overall I can agree with a lot of people who say that you can find better hotels for your money and the hotel rooms need a makeover

Disliked: Very tired. Curtains hanging off windows and dirty. No plug in sink. One soap by sink but not in shower. No iPod dock as advertised. No bottle of water as advertised. Room not fully serviced. Socket hanging off wall.
