Liked: what did I like?.... very little unfortunatelyThe location of the hotel is ideal for many. was great for my business trip location.The room is of good sizethe shower is nice and powerfulpeaceful and nice bright room.
Disliked: The description on booking dot come was not matching many things, "state of the art" technology.. from 2007, TV was terrible, small and only a couple of channels work due to bad signal. TV was so old did not even have HDMI for me to use my fire stick mentioned to reception. no other options "all rooms are the same"The bed - TRUELY terrible, mattress was old and battered, bobbled so you feel bumps through the sheets. and woke with a back ache almost every day.Room was never truly cleaned well daily( I was there for 17 nights)I had to ask for my sheets to be changed for fresh ones so many times during my stay. the only thing they did was fresh towels without having to ask.The floor creaked so much everywhere. really bad noise, sounded like I was going to fall through and I weigh 65KGif I had not paid so much up front for 17 nights I would of moved hotel

Disliked: The milk cartons were out of date in the room. Asked for some more but also out of date so had to go to shop for my own milk. Not major inconvenience, but not what I expected.
