Liked: Shower lovely, room had all you need in it.
Disliked: All lights on or nothing, you can't just have table lamp on. Water tasted. Room needed a bulb in one light, curtain bracket missing, in need of decoration, and replacement of headboard cover as was shredding on to bed.

I would not be staying...

Liked: The location was suitable to what we needed.
Disliked: I am extremely disappointed as to the amount of money I paid and what condition the property and room was. The room was in very old and poor condition, bed was lumpy, everything worn and old, hairs etc found. Bits of table/wardrobe falling off. I cannot believe the price paid vs the condition and standards.

Disliked: Mattress was gross on, very stained bed with I'll fitting sheets and flat pillows. Under bed was filthy with months of dirt visible. Tiles broken in shower and sink and mirror cracked.

I'd say it is a...

Liked: Staff was welcoming and kind to assist. The room and its facilities looked clean and modern (though there were some minor damages), and the beds were fine to sleep on. The location is good, near Olympia, small supermarkets, cafe's, restaurants, and multiple tube stations.
Disliked: There was a bit of noise from around the room and outdoors, but nothing that bothered us too much. The only issue we had was the fact that the water tap in the bathroom had no cold water.
