Quiet, comfortable, and easy.

Liked: Both individuals at check and check out were super friendly and helpful. Jordan (I believe that was his name, 4/1 PM shift) was so personable and really helped to ease the anxieties from our day of travel. Was ready to assist with AC as soon as we called. He’s a very kind and friendly person and I feel a great asset to your team.

I would stay again as...

Liked: It was a nice room. Much bigger than I expected. The Uber to the airport was quick and easy.
Disliked: There was a smell in the room. Definitely needs to be aired out.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, great...

Liked: Room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The ice maker in the refrigerator was very loud and would go off unexpectedly, often scaring the crap out of me and my family.

Amazing place and amazing people...

Liked: It was super clean and very nice and the staff was amazing!
Disliked: The bed was so very comfortable! And everything was spacious and clean!

Staff was new but excellent.

Disliked: Would have liked a king bed. Nice though.

Passable

Liked: Room was smelly. Uncomfortable beds. It had a small kitchenette with a fridge but there were no dishes or utensils. Had to go by paper plates and cups.No ice machine on site so had to buy bagged ice.

Close to airport and clean

Liked: Close to airport. Clean. Girl at counter was nice.
Disliked: They over booked and we almost didn't get to stay here. I made reservations a month prior to our stay. She gave us a room after calling around nearby hotels and no one else had any rooms available.
