The hotel formerly a shooting lodge offers 18 individually designed rooms with attached bathroom with views over the surrounding countryside. 6 of the rooms are furnished with four-poster beds. Pleasant

Liked: The setting is beautiful and the building is a lovely person place. The views across the valley are amazing
Disliked: The price of the meals and the drinks are way too much. £69 each for evening meal plus 10%. Only 2 other couples staying while we were there. It was the beginniing of the week however it tells you they are out pricing themselves.

Road trip to Wensleydale

Liked: Staff amazing, really friendly and attentative. Food was delicious, both in Tine Restaurant and Breakfast
