Overnight stay in Vienna for...

Liked: We stayed in a lovely corner room that was spacious, with a large bathroom and an excellent shower. The hotel is dog-friendly, which was a big plus for us, and the location was perfect for what we needed. The staff were kind and helpful, and the room was quiet throughout our stay. The TV worked well and had plenty of channels to choose from. All in all, a very pleasant experience.
Disliked: The only downsides were the cost of breakfast and parking. At €22 per person, breakfast felt too expensive for what we’d likely eat, so we skipped it. Parking wasn’t free either – we received a discount, but it would have been nice if it was included in the room rate.

Good for a short stay.

Liked: It is right on the highstreet so for the purpose we booked it for was good for us, for the nearby concert we attended. The room was clean, bathroom clean and it was quiet.
Disliked: It was very cold in our room and it took us some time to figure out how to stop the airconditioning blasting out 18C air when its like 0 outside. The decor is a bit weird, the ceiling of our room was only cement/concrete. Is this part of your design or is the room not finished? I want to hope that this is just a misunderstanding but upon check-in when I asked where are the stairs, as I want to use those, i was told no stairs, I must take the lift. The reason I was given is that apparently there is a another builiding located between reception and the rooms. Now, I am sorry, but this can’t be as if there is a fire and the lift stops, there HAS to be an escape route/stairs. I went to find it, used it, and found myself right behind the breakfast bar, which of course was closed at 18:00 in the evening. Not sure why i was not given the directions originally, but when we returned from the concert, I pointedly told the night porter to not to bother, I am using the stairs and they did not protest.

Pleasant stay at a Hotel...

Liked: We spent a few days sightseeing in Vienna, sleeping and eating breakfast at the Hotel. Lovely layout for breakfast, plenty of choice….Avacado mash to enable a sourdough and poached egg favourite of ours. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Liked: Very functional- very nice and extremely helpful staff- very clean - printer available- good breakfast buffet and just besides the U station - 20 min to center of old town . I‘ll be back 😀
