Cute exterior but not worth...

Liked: Exterior was very cute. Interior did not meet the same level of cuteness. Beds were decently comfortable. TV was good size and worked well. Seemed very clean. Surprised by massaging recliner.
Disliked: Quilts on beds were far too thin for the time of year, so had to use extra blankets from the closet. Heating unit was very loud and vibrated when running. Bathroom only had pedestal sink so no counter space. No lid for toilet seat. Water in bath sink was only a minimal stream and would not get hot. Kitchenette sink also had barely any water pressure and only got hot after running for several minutes. Staff was loudly rolling trash cans around outside for quite a while at a late hour (10:00pm).

Nice exterior, disappointing once in...

Liked: The Silverton Inn has a beautiful exterior and is located in the heart of downtown.
Disliked: Our room was in need of updating/upgrading and just simple maintenance. The wall clock didn’t work, a lightbulb in the bathroom was burned out, the hot water was just a trickle (though the cold water flowed well), the smart TV was difficult to operate with long delays before the next channel appeared when the channel was changed, at times the TV picture and sound were 10 or more seconds out of sync, and the finish on the nightstand was old and peeling.

Lovely weekend getaway destination!!

Liked: The location of this hotel is excellent in the middle of town with multiple restaurants, shops and a theater in walking distance. A short drive to Oregon Gardens and multiple wineries. Silverton may be my new favorite spot for a weekend getaway!

I would go back

Liked: Very clean, staff was very pleasant and courteous
Disliked: No breakfast in the restaurant, even a few simple items would have been nice

We expected better for what...

Liked: The location and the idea of what we thought we were going to get for our money.
Disliked: The room, the furniture, the furnishings. All very old, dated, and worn out. We booked a king suite with a full kitchen. The kitchen had 2 table knives and 1 fork for cutlery. Hard to eat soup and salads without spoons and forks. The restaurant gave us a wad of plastic utensils when we told them we didn’t have any silverware in our kitchen. The room had a table and two chairs (fine), but the chairs were cushion chairs that had long ago succumbed to the life of their springs and upholstery. We sunk down below the seat level of the chairs and couldn’t sit there for any length of time comfortably. We went to the bar in the restaurant to play cards because there was nowhere to sit in the room. Also the lighting is terrible… three overhead super bright white led lights. No Wi-Fi code was provided in our check in materials and we had to call an after-hours number to obtain it. Laptop only works on Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi is advertised as part of the amenities of the hotel. The bed was creaky and wobbly. Restaurant employees smoked right outside the bathroom window which we had opened because there is no fan in the bathroom. We expected better for the what we paid for a suite with a kitchen.
