Great hotel; wonderful location; excellent rooms but above all the lady at the front desk was so helpful, polite and went above and beyond to make our stay an experience to remember - she took it from good to great!

Liked: The front desk staff was nice, easy going and pleasant. I got a free room upgrade which was a huge plus except for none of the tvs had a signal so I basically had to watch my phone. Very clean and comfy I will return I got some much needed rest for sure

Liked: Great location. Room and bathroom were good sized, updated, and very clean. Mattress was comfortable. Hotel has only 10 floors - very manageable. Front desk staff (especially Beverly) was incredibly friendly and helpful. Booking through Booking.com also covered the $25 per night historical district fee.
