Adequate but not great, nights...

Liked: Pleasant location and quality facility. Staff professional, helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Found the beds too firm for me. Breakfast buffet but not allowed to serve oneself. No warm milk for coffee. No electric car chargers.

Liked: Close to location I was going to
Disliked: Tired dated decor, paint flaking of wallsFire alarm went off early hours of morning and no guidance or communication from staff whether it was an actual fire or fault Food was just ok and very over priced

Exceptional customer service

Liked: The staff were so compassionate. Nothing was to much.I travelled for a funeral and the staff were supportive in late check out. And being able to return after the funeral to change.
Disliked: Nothing
