Liked: Well, I thought I had lost my phone and I went to security and first guy didn’t ask me for my name or my room number. Nothing he’s just like sorry it took me three security people to finally write down my name because I insisted on it that’s horrible Customer Service (11pm) and anyone else cocktail waitresses bartenders they all didn’t care thankfully I found my phone (on my own) two gentlemen who helped me at the bell staff with my luggage excellent service. you need to teach your help how to be gracious when it comes to the housekeeping when someone says thank you you say you’re welcome. The man who worked on Tuesday I believe he may be a manager of the housekeeping he was on the floor, but he wasn’t cleaning rooms, but he did bring me my towels totally rude. Absolutely do not say you’re welcome when I said thank you and he heard me ignored me. Also, you need hand soap in your rooms. You put in the shower, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. You need to put liquid hand soap next to your sinks. I bought my own and brought it in gift shop both mornings and night very kind older lady younger gentleman at night kinda looks like Prince. He is absolutely a delight coffee shop one day. Excellent next day lady taking my order. Corrected me when I ordered the same thing. I’d ordered the day before and then when I wasfirm with her that I knew what I was ordering she said OK and proceeded we were there Sunday through Thursday there were no shows. Circus Circus did not have any of their acts during that period of time. Very disappointing. My grandkids had nothing to do especially the three-year-old everything in Circus Circus is geared for older children. We were here for a wedding everything that we would need to do with the littler ones would be to take them to Sparks or to the outer limits of Reno so my suggestion to anybody who has little kids and wants to have a destination wedding Reno is not the place.
