Our first time in Reno...

Liked: Very attractive and well maintained. Lots of choices with food and fun. Every staff member was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: At first, a little challenging to locate parking. But easy after that.

Disliked: Building itself was showing it's age and level of cleanliness throughout was borderline.

Disliked: 2 elevators out of 4 worked, so I had to wait a long time for the elevator

It was okay… just very...

Liked: It is very dated. From the elevator that squeal, sounding unsafe … to the duvet cover that was ripped and worn. Carpet on the casino floor was duct taped due to wear. Drinking and eating there is very expensive.
Disliked: The property needs a facelift. The rooms are small and dated.
