Liked: Clean room, quiet non smoking floor

I am looking forward to...

Liked: big tub, big room, late check out, I did not have to drive anywhere cause everything was connected, free parking
Disliked: elevator floor was sticky even though the front desk was told several times and it was cleaned the next day, I had to call 4 times for handsoap, wasting my time

Their customer service fraud system...

Liked: This is the best of the three connected hotels at the 'Row'. Room was fine and comfortable. Ability to visit many restaurants and casinos is fun.
Disliked: We had someone charge their dinner at one of the Row restaurants to our room fraudulently. In speaking with the Ceasar's customer service team they said they would look into it and get back to me-which they never have. And for some reason even my bank upheld the charge. I am very angry about them not taking my claim seriously. I would be very wary about this staying at a place with these policies.

Superb

Liked: Room was very comfortable and quiet. Hotel had good free parking and airport shuttle. Staff was nice.
Disliked: Airport shuttle left earlier than posted time for early morning flight. Good thing we were early or we wouldn't have made it.

Great overnight stay

Liked: This property is clean and updated. A great value for an overnight stay.
Disliked: The only downside is the extremely load crash of room doors closing without assistance.
