Mediocre but very kind and...

Liked: Very wonderful staff, very kind and helpful. We came in very late at night and it was a very easy process to get checked in. I had altitude sickness, and they helped us get settled into the room fast. Their breakfast bar was okay, nothing to write home about.
Disliked: Their online booking did not work properly. I was surprised that it looked like the bedspreads were from the 90s. I was disappointed in the price for the stay, it might have been just the location because some of the other places we have visited were better quality for a lower price.

Liked: Nice hotel choice close to Vail. Great staff, super kind and helpful.
Disliked: The room price was a little high based on my prior experience, but more reasonable than other choices. Rooms need to be updated. For example, the shower was leaking water all the time.

Wonderful staff, not loving the...

Liked: The front desk gentleman was WONDERFUL! Very quick with check in and extremely helpful with my son who needed a charger for his phone. He loaned him his personal charger! Thank you for that. That was so sweet and trusting of him.
Disliked: When I went to pull back the bedding on the bed, it smelled musty or dusty...I couldn't really put my finger on the smell. Almost like no one had slept there in a very long time. Just not fresh. Further, the bed was really firm and uncomfortable. I travel quite a bit and almost never complain about bed comfort. The free breakfast was a bit weak. Only bagels, muffins and bananas and cuties along with coffee, orange juice and cranberry juice. It was fine for us, but for others they might expect more.
