Fantastic facilities and we will...

Liked: The staff were very welcoming, parking was great, the room was very clean & we were central to everything we needed.
Disliked: We booked the room for the spa, however, upon arrival we identified that it was broken. Due to unavailability we were not able to swap rooms, but the owner was very sincere and ended up giving us a small discount which we were okay with.

Liked: Spa was massive, staff friendly, easy parking, clean enough
Disliked: Sky remote was playing up alot, place is a bit run down but still ok. Can't watch much TV if raining, sky cuts out and only other device is a dvd

We only stayed 2 nights....

Liked: Wonderful small apartment if you are wanting some space. Beds very comfortable and really quiet at night. Nice little kitchenette and massive spa bath in the bathroom. Bonus to have access to sky channels. Nice touch to get real milk and cookies on arrival.
Disliked: Kitchenette was clean but rubbish bin was annoyingly broken. A small dishwasher would have been good as more modern places have now. No obvious set up for recycling rubbish.

Liked: Staff was courteous and helpful.
Disliked: Highly overpriced , you can get better hotels at lower price. Rooms really need renovation. Loud Plumbing noise in downstairs room when guests in upstairs room turn their shower or taps on.definitely not a 5 star hotel. Should be a 3 star hotel also to note we had lot of issues with the sulphuric smell. I believe it’s because of the geo thermal but certain areas we went on the same strip had no smell. We stayed for 5 nights. Staff was helpful and courteous.
