Liked: Staff were all very nice and attentive.
Disliked: Rooms are looking very tired and in dire need of some work. Beds and pillows were very hard and uncomfortable.

Liked: I had a pleasant stay overall, but I noticed that the room was a bit dusty, which could have been better maintained. the outdoor seating areas could use more regular cleaning to enhance the experience. With a little more attention to cleanliness, it would make the stay even more enjoyable

Disliked: Toilet was leaking water ++ all over the floor. The problem was already in the unit when we arrived. We were there for two nights and when the plumber arrived in the afternoon of our second night, we were then unable to use the toilet and had to use the staff one. We were advised there were no available units for us to move rooms.
