Overall, our stay was very...

Liked: We had breakfast in the Copper and Salt.Our food was very good.
Disliked: I don't drink coffee but Black tea. It would be nice to offer that instead of Green Tea.

A great experience when visiting...

Liked: This a very high quality hotel with excellent accommodations with comfortable rooms and amazing views of Puget Sound and Vashon Island. The hotel has its own restaurant and the breakfast and dinner we ordered was really superb. highly recommend staying here.
Disliked: Can not think of one thing that could have been better.

Otherwise, enjoyed our overall stay.

Disliked: Instruction on jacuzzi. Make sure housekeeping knows to face jets down. When I first turned it on, gushes of water were spraying on the wall. I had to soak it up with all our towels.

Basic hotel not worth the...

Liked: Expensive
Disliked: Valet parking charges are appalling. The hotel tries to be upmarket and fails. Simple things like guests having to push their heavy luggage trolley to their room by themselves are NOT indicative of a luxury hotel.
