Liked: It’s a beautiful, comfortable, clean and the staff were pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: It is a little too contemporary ritzy for me. I like the other Silver Cloud Hotel in Tacoma a little bit more because it’s on the water more.

Liked: The view is amazing, the bed and linens are super comfortable and love the shower head. The front desk staff and valet workers were super nice. We had an amazing time.

Liked: It's a beautiful hotel and a wonderful location.
Disliked: Unfortunately, I came to this hotel to get away from the chaos of lots of HS boys competing in the swimming/dive state championships ( I am an official for this meet). The girls and boys HS state wrestlers were staying at this hotel, and I had kids running in the hallways, doors closing and opening, and lots of noise. I was so disappointed since I spent a higher $$ to be a bit more removed. I had issues retrieving my car in a timely manner, too. After dropping it off with the valet in the evening, I told them I needed to be sure to get my car and leave at a particular time early in the morning and asked both days the best way to ensure this. It was extremely slow to get my car in the morning with the high number of wrestling teams.
