Quick overnight in Seattle

Liked: We always enjoy the Silver Cloud hotels. The rooms are always clean and the beds are always very comfortable. We love the location and access to the wonderful University Shopping Plaza. We also always enjoy the walking trail next to the hotel.
Disliked: 2. thingsNumber 1 - The clerk at the front desk was VERY brusk as we were checking in. He could definitely work on his 'people skills.'Number 2 - We would love to be able to bring our pug with us, instead of leaving her with our daughter in Ballard.

This time was night mare,advice...

Liked: Friendly stuff and good breakfast .
Disliked: Cold air was flowing from sealing from want all night.We couldn’t sleep all night.Problem reoprted to front desk- reception at 2:30 am. Person at front desk couldn’t help us.Reported problem at our checkout.
