The room is comfortable but very dark and slightly dated. I expected more for $500 a night. I was there for the Taylor Swift concert, so maybe the rooms were marked up a bit. Also, there are three Silver Cloud hotels, so don’t go to the wrong one like I did initially.

Liked: Check-in and checkout was seamless. Room was good size and Jacuzzi tub was unexpected.
Disliked: Parking spaces are very narrow, even for compact vehicles. The room was dark and slightly dated.

Liked: Breakfast was great hotel was clean.
Disliked: Had a hot tub room, room had no hot water... Water temperature was probably around 100 degrees. Didn't use tub or take shower at check out because it was too cold. Pretty much ruined the whole stay.
