We just couldn't be happier! This was a great stay and we'll be back.

Liked: The location- easy walk to grocery, drug store and several other places if needed; the comfort of the bed; the shower; nice to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room. The restaurant (Jimmy's) is excellent. The room was VERY clean and comfortable. The parking was secure and handy. We were treated very well by the staff at the front desk. The hotel shuttle to the wharf was SO handy and easy for us.

Had a great stay. Ordered room service and the food was brought promptly. Granddaughter loved the pool. Room was clean and the beds were very comfy. Would definitely stay there again.

Very nice hotel, helpful staff. I had to book another night because I came down with a stomach bug as soon as I got there. Housekeeping was helpful and accommodating. Comfy beds. Thankful for room service!

Disliked: Pool was out of order. It wasn't a huge deal as I got sick and wouldn't have been able to use it but my teens would have liked it.

Liked: Very quiet and comfortable room. It would be an ideal location if you needed to use public transit. It’s walkable to shops and restaurants. The hotel itself is clean and modern and the staff was very helpful and kind.
Disliked: If you’re driving, the location sucks. It can be hard to get to in traffic and the parking is outrageous. I had hoped to save some money parking in nearby public parking but it was awful. Ended up paying almost $100 to park at the hotel for a couple nights. If you include the parking in the overall cost of the stay it was not good value in the end.
