Great hotel, great service, nice...

Liked: We had an upgrade to a great room, which we really enjoyed.
Disliked: Ask about the bath robes at reception if you are going to use the wellness area. ;-)

Very relaxing perfect for an...

Liked: The swimming pool was beautiful and clean, the breakfast was delicious and generous. To summarise the perfect place to relax. We will surely come back !
Disliked: The room with a view was quite hot when we arrived, I think during the sunny days the heater is not necessary (it was at 28 degrees) because the sun heats naturally very quickly the room.But it really was quite minor compare to our general experience at the hotel :-)

Poor and mediocre

Liked: Location and facilities and food at the restaurant.
Disliked: Breakfast options as for a four star rating were quite limited. Our room had a booking for three persons, however , the sofabed was not made up. After repeated reminders all we received was extra quilt and bedcovers to make it ourself, not in line with a 4-star hotel. Our room was opened around 9:30pm by an unknown person while we were in the room and it felt quite unsafe for the entire night. Although the staff offered a change in room, I was traveling alone with kids and did not prefer this as we were to check out the next morning.
