Liked: Near to the airport , cabs easily available
Disliked: The room service was not available at certain time of the day due to which either customer had to wait or go to downstairs and pick your order by yourself

Liked: Hotel cleanliness was great.
Disliked: Bed requested was not available, even though it was requested when booked. Didn't even get a notice saying that it wouldn't be possible (I would have cancelled if I knew).Bathroom was terrible. When showering the water got all over the bathroom floor. Also, I was with a kid and, being a bathroom for disabled, she could seat on the toilet well.

Disliked: The staff behaves disgustingly. I'm talking about restaurant staff especially. The rest is nice. We had a breakfast included. From the very first morning the mood was spoiled by the restaurant staff. The restaurant was almost empty just 2 or 3 tables occupied at the same time. But 5 or 6 staff members are always looking at you and controling how much you eat. I was reprimanded for taking a 0.5 liter bottle of sparkling water. Then I took a drinking yogurt and started to drink it on the table and wanted to finish it on the go. And had another comment regarding that. They said I couldn't take anything out of the cafe. Disgusting customer care
