Liked: The hotel was conveniently located for our stay in Santander, in a central position near to the ferry terminal , with private underground parking. It was modern and clean, with a generous size well appointed room and a nice bar and restaurant.

Liked: Property is great location. Right in the middle of everything. Nice cafe downstairs. Gym was nice option to have use of. Staff were pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: Rooms were more basic than we would have liked. TV was quite old and view was side of a building which blocked light so we kept curtains closed. Overall though it was a nice stay. Slept well and room was very clean and smelt fresh.

Liked: Great location and comfortable rooms.
Disliked: The bar staff who was present during my stay was rude and unpleasant. He really lets the hotel down.

Liked: Very friendly, helpful staff. Convenient and secure storage for my bicycle.

Absolutely ideal and great value

Liked: Location - a short walk from the railway station, the bus station and the ferry port. Near to good tapas bars. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Good sized room. Very good value for money. Clean and well maintained. Breakfast was excellent- a good range of food and everything I wanted.
Disliked: Nothing really, I suppose a complimentary bottle of water would have been nice but that’s a very minor thing.
