We enjoyed our stay. Loved having so many things close by. San Jose is a great little place.

Disliked: Food service - was on time but not fantastic food.

Liked: Lovely ambient bar.Pool toilets were closed and it was a bit tired in parts, room was a bit noisy from the trams despite being on the 14th floor. Window from next doors room looked into mine and vice versa so had to draw the curtains more than I would like

Liked: The location was great, food and drinks at the lounge were delicious, and the staff was very friendly.

Liked: The Hotel location was a perfect area to explore San Jose. It has the park right across the street and many restaurants.

Liked: I also used the valet services and I would like to extend how impressed I was with the guys at Valet. No nonsense, always very polite and super efficient.
Disliked: The bar closing at midnight but it’s not a complaint at all. I know it’s unrealistic!
