We enjoyed our stay. Loved having so many things close by. San Jose is a great little place.

Disliked: Food service - was on time but not fantastic food.

Liked: I am not happy with the rate. Booking.com provided me with a 115.00. Rate and I just paid 411.00. I have tried to contact booking customer service and no one has been ableTo help me!! Unbelievable!! I will never refer anyone here.
Disliked: It was booking.com that failed!

Disliked: The room service was the worst food I’ve ever experienced and cost over $100 and was inedible.Fortunately the staff comped the food.

Disliked: They over charged me, your page says 200 security deposit only, but they charged me 700. The rate per night they charged was also higher than agreed through booking.com, after 1 day I had to move rooms, I lost access to my rooms twice because they deactivated my key card for some reason

This Hotel Will Disappoint

Liked: The lobby bar Aji and the waitress at the bar was cool. TV in room was nice.
Disliked: The unprofessionalism of the staff. Do not expect them to be friendly or explain anything about the room or your stay in general. Calls were made from our phone in room (like $800 worth of calls) before we ever stepped in it and then charged for it. Haven't been refunded yet. $50 for two cocktails is excessive when you're paying almost $300 per night. Valet is $50 per night not including tips. Cheaper to park it down the street.

Liked: The hotel was located right in front of the event I went to. It was Christmas in the Park. I really enjoyed my stay.

Liked: Beautiful location close to lots of great spots.
Disliked: Water temp in shower was really low. Deposit was held for month had to make multiple calls to get it back.
