We enjoyed our stay. Loved having so many things close by. San Jose is a great little place.

Liked: I am regularly staying at this hotel 20+ years.
Disliked: Paid $12 for a single tea for lunch in hotel's restaurant! C'mon guys! The tea was 40% of the sandwich with salad. A cheap renovation job, especially shower faucets.Charging Honors member for WiFi! is not appropriate, so had to ask for correction and waited for the new receipt. I suggest that you automatically check member numbers upon arrival using the check in info and ask for Honors membershhip if you get mutiple hits. No need to use AI, just a simple data base search would have been enough. You save time and guests save time.
