Liked: Food was ok.Not the best service from.the staff after we were moved from a leaking room after our first day of stay and entertained by a noisy convention they had at the hotel.Only thing the view was good at pool view side of the hotel
Disliked: Refrigerator wasn't working properly Door handle was stuck for bathroomToilet wasn't flushing properly

Liked: Very enjoyable stay! Early park access! Late night food option! Comfy shuttle! Access to Waldorf pool!
Disliked: Lazy river was way too lazy. Wish there were more pool options outside of going to the waldorf.

Recommend for Disney stay

Liked: The premises are truly impressive, sprawling lavishly over vast areas in conjunction with its sister hotel, Waldorf Astoria. Quite a few superb restaurants are available in either building, which are connected via a long corridor.The pools on both sites are comfortable, and the lazy river can keep one enthralled all day. Make you almost forget, or want to forget about those Disney tickets...The rooms are spacious enough and the layout quite as expected. The shuttle to the Disney parks is on time and in the form of very modern, air-conditioned coaches. Breakfast is a bit more than expected - a rare find for us.Beds & pillows are top level of comfort, which I have found to be a standard in Hilton hotels.

Disliked: Our room was too far from the elevator and we had a pet so taking him potty was a pain but we felt with it just fine
