I liked my stay ,...

Liked: I most absolutely hated that fact I kept getting locked out my room . The first time the door battery was dead and had to wait for maintenance to come charge it and then the second time the key had been deactivated! Both times I had to go to my room to realize it leading me having to walk all the way back downstairs with two kids it was terrible after having to walk from the garage all the way to my room to have to come back to my lobby was crazy . I also hated how on booking it said breakfast was included but was charged at the end of my stay on top of booking it never said a $500 hold on my card would be taken off , good thing I did not leave money home like I was planning on doing . It would’ve been good to be told that .

Liked: Man at the desk was not very nice and made me feel uncomfortable with how he spoke to me. We also contacted several times about two items left in the room. One with tags still on it. The other was my daughter’s ball gown. Shows the people working there are not trustworthy

Liked: Not Family oriented, Drunks everywhere in lobby. Not a good place for minor children

Comfortable, clean, will return again...

Liked: Clean, simply elegant, not over the top luxury, near Waldorf spa and other restaurants, has an amazing lazy river and pool area, not very crowded, air quality is great for someone with asthma- no triggers- everything is neutral-scent free. Rooms are spacious and clean, everyone is friendly.
Disliked: The pool and lazy river is way too cold.
