Disliked: We were disapointed that we were not informed by the staff that our lost luggage had arrived from the airport. Since the information from the airline did not reach us we checked out without our luggage and went to the airport. We had to send our luggage by taxi we paid for ourselves from the hotel to the airport.Our names were on the luggage and I can not understand why we were not informed/had the luggage delivered to our rooms the day before checking out when it was delivered from the airport.

Disliked: First of all the rooms were dirty. Bedsheets and duvet had mold n blood stains on it. The staff was very unfriendly and unkind. My father has ALS and we had informed the hotel well in advance about the same and had asked for early checking since he is on wheelchair yet there was absolutely no intent to help from their end and to top it of they had an attitude.There was no one to help with the luggage. We had 5 huge bags plus wheelchair and we were on our own. The hotel itself had no restaurant as well.

Overrated and not very accommodating...

Liked: Amenities were great.
Disliked: When we checked in front staff wasn't very accommodating. I told her we had 4 little girls with us and wondered about a bigger room and she said no bc they were sold out. She didn't offer to come back later in case there was a cancellation or no show. Then I asked about a room facing the fire works ( which i had seen pictures of online) and she said they didn't have any and couldn't guarantee we'd see them anyway. We could always go to the top of the parking garage and maybe we'd see them.

Amazing breakfast, Loved the pools...

Liked: Great hotel, beautiful design and amazing pools and slide! Delicious, hearty breakfast. Fantastic, spacious double queen room.
Disliked: The one thing I miss from 99% of the hotels in the US is the hand shower. Fun zone with games is fairly expensive...
