Good enough for the location

Liked: Great location, right by Hyde park and quiet area! Quick walk from Paddington Station which has lots of cafes and restaurants
Disliked: Room and bathroom were clean enough but not completely clean. The rooms also had an odd floor plan (probably due to it using to be a house not a hotel)

Great location but no way...

Liked: Room very small , could not hang our clothes up , 3 night visit, enough space to hang one suit up , no bar ,and little hot water for shower , also room 103 no shelf in the shower , staff friendly and location very good

Avoid at all costs

Liked: Apart from the lobby all the photos here are AI generated because this hotel or the rooms do not look like this, our executive room consisted of a pull out bed with a 2 inch mattress and every surface of the room including the walls were absolutely filthy, breakfast was served in a basement room and looked as appealing as the rest of the hotel… noise level from neighbors was unbelievable until 5am

Liked: Location was excellent. Staff were lovely
Disliked: Reality not quite as pictured online - very skilfully photographed. Not accessible for anyone with mobility issues, no restaurant for evening meals and room service was takeaway order.

Nice boutique hotel with a...

Liked: Nice boutique hotel. Spacious and comfortable room. Great location near Lancaster Gate station & Hyde park . Only negatives were that the check in times were wrong on correspondence which affected our plans & they didn’t cater well for food intolerances.
