Liked: Location was great, room was very nice, stuff was very helpful and friendly.

I would certainly stay here...

Liked: Loved my spacious room. Lovely bed. Bathroom felt brand new. Windows overlooked private gardens. Nice reception area.
Disliked: Some people might like to be closer to the shops etc. I found this no problem as well served with buses and close to underground. Reception was very warm for me. I didn’t have breakfast as I found cheaper locally

Lovely stay in a comfortable...

Liked: The staff were friendly and it felt nice to stay in a smaller townhouse hotel. The location was good - handy for the tube and central attractions. Our room was good, we liked the split level, and the facilities were good. Only downside was that we couldn’t get our heating to work, and this wasn’t resolved when reported. We didn’t take breakfast so can’t comment on that.

Disliked: We found it a bit out of the way,, of facilities, a fair bit of a walk to train & so forth,, also hotel was a bit short on leaving tea bags (2 each day!!) kept having to ask for more,, also a bit short on the toilet rolls,,

Excellent hotel with great location...

Liked: Very modern and nice decor. Free of charge coffee machine, water dispenser and hot tea.
Disliked: Room was difficult to get to with multiple different staircases.
