Nice clean inn. Great location

Liked: Great location on Lombard. Neighbourhood is nice with bars and restaurants around it. Big basic room. Little dated, but very clean. Bed felt new and very comfortable. Surprisingly little noise considering room faced street. Friendly check-in.
Disliked: Parking is tight and first come first serve. So don’t rely on it.

Liked: The rooms we’re super clean and well put together, much better than some big name hotels we’ve been to before, they even let us leave our luggage after our checkout while we were exploring the city. Truly a great experience that will definitely make us return the next time we come to SF. As a cherry on top the location deals like it 5 min from everything important in the city while being safe.

Disliked: Couldn't connect the TV to the wifi nor airplay.

Perfectly adequate, functional place to...

Liked: Room was sizable and functional. Neighborhood and the place itself was quiet. Free wifi was great! Lots of good food choices within a short walk and even a Walgreens up one block in case you forget something.
Disliked: Check-in was a challenge (for some reason difficult for them to find my reservation). Also, the heater is LOUD! It works, but when turning on it will definitely wake you in the middle of the night, so not great. Room could also have used a better dusting. Finally, think they need to be clearer about the fact there the front desk is NOT 24/7 but only 9am to 10pm (glad I arrived just before 10PM or I don't know what I would have done.)

Liked: Great location, close to downtown and the golden gate bridge. In a quieter part of town but still close enough for a short drive to most attractions. Loved that they had hand soap and body wash. Most other hotels don’t have this amenity. Parking is free but spaces are very tight and limited. Will not fit a car larger than a mid size suv
Disliked: The parking spaces are tight but I appreciate it being free. I also think cleaning staff should clean rooms after 11 am on check out day. We were still changing when the cleaning person came in without knocking, it was 10 am.
