Liked: The location was spot on. The motel was similar to other motor hotels that we have stayed at in SF. The manager was super helpful and even came up to the room to show me how to use the remote for the TV (there are two remotes and it's confusing). And parking was free!
Disliked: The water pressure was terrible. Our room had a big soaking tub but after the dismal shower neither my wife or I could imagine how the tub could ever get full enough to enjoy, but the room was less than 100$ in a really good location and it was clean and the bed was comfortable, so what's to complain about?

Disliked: The parking was awful. Bathroom door wouldn't stay closed.

Overall, it was okay but...

Liked: Good location. Easy and accessible. The room was spacious. Had fridge, microwave, iron & stand, and cabinet. Bed was very comfy. Room had ample daylight.
Disliked: No laundry. Very dusty, dust particles come in literally every 5 min. Even after cleaning, you'll find dust everywhere. Staff behavior at reception was okay-ish. The bathtub did not have the drain stopper, so it was useless. Warm water wasn't available in the sink.
