Liked: Private and quiet.
Disliked: The parking lot was small.

Good value, safe, clean.

Liked: The place is like a fortress. Fenced-off parking, key code to get into the building. Much cleaner than the average motel.
Disliked: Loud, old A/C system. Powerful, but the noise jarred me awake a few times. No bathtub, just a shower. Still great for an affordable stay in an expensive area.

Liked: I liked the following:- location- access to public transportation - staff (very friendly and helpful)- safety measures- affordability- access to restaurants and shopping nearby
Disliked: What I did not like:- little bit noisy due to a location on a busy street (Broadway)- the property is located in a "safe" neighborhood, but not too far from a "less safe" neighborhood. I was advised not to leave after 9 PM......

Liked: good size room, fridge in the room was a nice bonus, easy location, good security measures in place
Disliked: bathroom lights are SUPER bright and are motion sensor, pretty rough on the eyes at night!
