Disliked: Attendance from counter. She did not found my reservation and it was an uncomfortable moment because we were not another reservation. We wait more than 1 hour searching another reservation y other hotel, but itt was difficult. So after 1 hour parked in front of the hotel’s office (searching for other hotel), the woman who did not found my reservation said it was a mistake, apologize and no more. “Here I got your reservation” and that is it. We was so angry. But finally solve the problem.

Liked: I liked the accommodations of how the rooms are updated. Such as a microwave and fridge.
Disliked: The mattress sheets could have been extra cleaner. Upon entering as a first time patron, one of the Queen bed's sheet displayed of a smudge that seemed to resemble a paw print of a dog's.
