Nice old property strategically located...

Liked: The staffs were able to accommodate our requests, quickly rectify and address them, and are incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with.
Disliked: A bit more modernisation would be splendid. And given the other amazing choices of properties around the area, the price that we paid was not fair value comparative to the other options available.

A lovley quite country location...

Liked: After a misunderstanding between Booking.com, the owner and myself the owner was very accommodating in being able to change my room in spite of being fully booked out. I very much appreciate his efforts and the more suitable room we had. The owner was both apologitic and kind in his dealaings with me. the room was comfy and the grounds had lovely gardens.
Disliked: The reception is unmaned so communication was difficult.

Liked: The location, a lovely setting, peaceful lovely views surrounding area.
Disliked: There could have been a plug for sink, when i had to get a shave as attending wedding ??

Relaxing

Liked: Lovely view of the gardens. Centrally situated.
Disliked: Old copper pipes. BYO drinking water.

Good

Liked: Clean. Good value. Good sized room. Close to cafe for morning coffee and 10 min drive from Coles/Woolworths.
Disliked: The sound of people in the room up stairs walking around loudly and constantly for 5hrs. The host includes instructions for guests to be mindful not to make noise and keep heavy footsteps to a minimum. The people in the room upstairs did not follow this instruction. It made the second night of the stay very unpleasant.
