Liked: Perfect location for exploring wineries in the area.
Disliked: Air conditioning unit was not big enough for the area and repeatedly turned itself off. The shower head was very loose, possibly rusted through and did not spray water correctly.

Liked: Great location, close to Smiths Beach, Yallingup Gallery and loads of wineries. Also close to Dunsborough for shopping. we had a one bedroom apartment on ground floor with lovely patio overlooking the gardens and ponds, Heaps of birdlife. Property is self check in but we met the owner around the grounds. Older lodge style building but units are gradually being done up. Ours had good bathroom, comfy bed and new kitchenette fittings. TV was set up with streaming services, and the wifi was great. Right next door to Lavender Tea rooms, for light meals and Devonshire teas all day, and on other side was Barnyard restaurant and winery. Excellent food and service for breakfast or lunch. Really enjoyed our restful 4 day stay.
Disliked: Some of the furniture needs updating, especially the sofa. Some sound from the upstairs room as it is wooden floors, but not really a problem.
