Poor service for such a...

Liked: I asked for iron and reception answered that they are out of them. Somebody will come to my room to pick up the stuff for ironing. Next day I reminded to reception that I need it to be ironed at 11:30. At 11:45 I went out of my room and I was lucky to see some stuff who were cleaning the room. I asked for iron again and lady told me that she does normally this job but she hears for the first time that there was any orderers to iron some clothes in my room 215. As a result I was almost late for meeting in bank. It's strange to order service, then to remind about it and didn't get. Isn't it? Another issue was a day after. I made an appointment with my partner to have a business breakfast at 11h00 but he was late and arrived at 11h45. No food service, even coffee wasn't available. Lady in the he restaurant told me that they have nothing to offer from 11h00 until 14h00. It is strange for a 600 eur per night. Isn't it?
