Liked: Perfect for a total rest after Christmas and before new year just a few minutes from Sidmouth Cottage was spotless and so cosy and warm. Will definately be returning in the summer

Wonderfully restful and incredibly comfortable...

Liked: Location was superb, away from any noisy traffic and set in huge beautiful gardens. About 5 miles from Sidmouth, a lovely small seaside town, definitely worth visiting.The owners were wonderful, friendly and helpful in every way we could have wanted and looked after us brilliantly.Terrific breakfasts.The owners also had two lovely friendly black Labrador dogs who greeted us often when we parked our car.
Disliked: Nothing much: wifi in our room was a little weak but it was not a major problem and we could go to the bar where there was a very strong sugnal for anything important. We were on holiday so that really was not a difficulty for us.

Liked: SVH is situated in a beautiful valley and was a very relaxing place to stay.We would like to have stayed longer to enjoy the swimming pool. The dinner was delicious and breakfast was exceptional, the best we have had anywhere.
