It was adequate for our needs. The staff on duty were so friendly and helpful. The car park slot (nearest the road) was JUST ok for my 4X4 but many cars would struggle to be last parked without under floor damage. Sounds daft, but you need to see the contours on the parking entrance to understand.

Liked: The location is ideal: Easy to get to from Aberdeen train station. Very comfortable room, and the facilities were very good, too.
Disliked: No restaurant anymore!

Liked: Good location just off Union Street. Room was very nice and comfortable, settee, TV, Hairdryer all in room. Large modern bathroom. Tea and coffee, hot chocolate and fruits available in the lobby area with seating and TV. Microwave available to use if needed. Vending machine for chocolates,snacks. Everywhere was spotlessly clean.
Disliked: Just for information only...you have to go down stairs to get to the rooms. No problem for me but for anyone with mobility problems might find it a little uncomfortable.
