Liked: A beautiful location and friendly staff
Disliked: Room wasn’t properly cleaned and some of the fittings needed maintenance. Shower was poor quality. On arrival bath towels on floor . The restaurant food was good but it was overcrowded

Liked: The location of the hotel is great; the grounds are wonderful and the spa is superb.
Disliked: The room was cold; the bath plug still hasn't been fixed (despite us bringing this to the attention of the staff during our previous say in the same room); the windows are drafty; the heating system (aircon, which blows warm air into the room) is very noisy; the pillows are too hard.
