The accomodation you don't expect,...

Liked: I liked the "old style" of the location, all woods and antiques, and yet, clean, well kept and with all the comforts. Breakfast was a treat, I liked the menu and sitting in the living room with a wonderful light, flowers at the table, friendly staff.... I hope to be able to visit again and bring my wife to enjoy it together.
Disliked: I couldn't find a single problem.

Liked: Usually a chain hotel user. Showers made sense because of the proximity of our dinner and I will forgo any points in order to stay here each time I visit Bloomington for business. Beautiful property, friendly, informative and helpful staff and a great breakfast. Why would I stay anywhere else?

Liked: Property was lovely. Pillows were exceptional. Bed was great. Breakfast was made to order and delicious. Deep soaker tub was awesome and my husband enjoyed the balcony/ porch with a swing.
Disliked: Noise at night from college kids

Liked: Breakfast was good though the service was a bit slow on the first day.
Disliked: I left the room service tag outside my room but no one came to make the bed or clean up the space. The instructions for parking should be provided before arriving. It was a hassle to park my car then come and take the instructions for parking.

Liked: Breakfast was amazing - the pumpkin pancakes were fabulous and the shakshuka eggs toast was perfect for a chilly autumn morning.
Disliked: The noise level in the neighborhood was pretty bad due to the parties occurring in the fraternity houses nearby. It doesn't last past 10 pm, but it can be difficult for those who are used to quiet inns.
