Liked: The views, the huge interior, lovely bathroom with laundry, good kitchen and super comfy bedWatching the planes flying over in the awful weather Friday night, having to abort was entertaining though I felt for those passengers on board.
Disliked: Honestly can’t think of anything.

Refreshing stay close to QT...

Liked: Location, up a hill - glorious view - fun to watch the airplanes - spacious - away from QT hub bub - good facilities - clean - good fun!
Disliked: Wi-Fi disappeared half way through our stay

Comfortable accomodation with a stunning...

Liked: Private and self contained. Great views. Well equipped and easy to access.
Disliked: Tv remote was temperamental.

Liked: Loved the location. Away from the centre of Queenstown which I liked and was quiet and private. Amenities only 5 minute drive away. Super comfy bed, great shower and super clean.
Disliked: Toilet seat had come loose. Didn't affect function but was annoying as it moved. Agree with other reviews that the microwave is too high but appreciate wanting to save on space.

Liked: I liked the comfy bed, and that it had onsite parking and felt it was easy to get into
Disliked: I was disappointed with the view, it was different to the photos I beleive they are outdated, and the ammenities were outdated also

Disliked: Internet was almost non-existent and bed was very uncomfortable, mattress is old and lumpy

Liked: Excellent room, bathroom and kitchen. Awesome views. Heavy snowfall overnight, which made for a spectacular scene in the morning! Very quiet and peaceful. Beautiful views. We would definitely choose Shotover Country Lodge the next time we go to Queenstown. A fair distance out of town but we wanted that, while the airport, large supermarkets and a wide range of retail options and services are only a few kms away.
Disliked: The lodge is presumably still under development and vehicle areas are a bit rough and stone-chipped. Never met the owner/manager but great to deal with on the phone. Your own transport is understandably essential for a stay here. Occasional aircraft noise, being on the flightpath.
