Worse place we ever stayed!

Liked: Location
Disliked: The kitchen area was very tiny! There was a half of a half of a sink, 6” of countertop! There couch was so low to the ground that I had to help pull my husband up off of it! And this was supposed to be handicap accessible! There was no closet to hang our clothes in! There were no grab bars in the bathroom and it had a low toilet! This was the first place we stayed in 15 years that we had to pay to do our laundry! There was nothing comfortable about it! It was so bad we decided to leave early. When I asked a week in advance if we could get some of our money refunded, they said “ no, you booked online you get nothing back”! We would never consider staying there again and would tell anyone to stay anywhere else!

Okay/tolerable for 5 days for...

Liked: On the beach two sections to the room close to road access for riding bikes on to the beach.
Disliked: Maintenance quality on exterior of building and new doors bigger shower warmer pool temperature the website don't show what the garden room area looks like.

Our keys were deactivated Monday...

Liked: It was right on the beach
Disliked: Trying to get in and out of the parking lot.

We enjoyed our stay and...

Liked: Did not have.
Disliked: The shade for the picture window provided no privacy especially for the night and morning.

Great Expectations that didn't deliver

Liked: The view was awesome and the front desk agent was really nice. You really can't get closer to the water than this place. Their prestay communication was great and they accommodated an early check in.
Disliked: Their location is perfect but they miss the beat on a few things; no hair dryer or throw blanket. Could add extra counterspace in the bathroom. Outdoor loveseat as indoor furniture was not very comfy and if you like hard mattresses you are in luck!
