WORST MOTEL IN PENTICTON

Liked: the beds were comfortable and the room was spacious
Disliked: my friend brought my cat over to see my son for 2 hours and without hesitation and I was physically removed from my room onto the curb with my belongings.the hotel would have no consideration or empathy. nowhere is it stated that they are a dog friendly motel only.staff was heartless, ignorant and they weren't going to provide me with any refund I had just paid for another week stay

Disliked: so many things in the room needed maintenance ... light in bathroom was out, electrical outlets were loose and barely held a plug, tv audio was broken, tv signal kept shaking, shower pressure was weak
