Liked: check in was easy didn't have any problems and the front desk was great .
Disliked: we came down from our room for breakfast but the guy at the bar didn't want to give us service. and that ge didn't want to heat up the toaster that it would take to long . we had to go out to eat .

Comfortable in a go to...

Liked: Very clean. Fantastic view of Muskegon Lake.
Disliked: No table. No chairs.

I won’t be back again…

Liked: It had a pool and hot tub and a restaurant in walking distance but the (food was not worth the convenience).
Disliked: Well, first off, not even at the property yet and they charged me for my room which bounced my checking account!!! (I was never told this ahead of time) I travel often enough and not one other hotel does that…. and they blamed Booking.com and I have been booking my trips for years with you people and you’ve never charge me so I was already “ ticked off “ before I even got there….Second, the room smelled like ( damp/wet clothes , wet feet and nasty carpeting) there was one waste paper basket. You had to go to the 1st floor and get the ice and if you wanted more “back down the elevator you go”…And to top the whole trip off, no Continental breakfast, no coffee no donut/danish, no nothing !!!If you want anything to eat, you had to go to the little tiny bar and BUY something to eat( they did even have a full menu )that is so ridiculous as I already paid $200 for less than 24 hours to sleep in this place !!!!And don’t get me started on the restaurant next-door. I know it’s not associated with them, but that was ridiculous. I spent almost 30 dollars on a plain hamburger with cheese and they charge me for the chz

Great facility, friendly staff and...

Liked: Schuyler, the staff on duty at breakfast was wonderful. Friendly and engaging.
Disliked: Breakfast could have been better. No other restaurants nearby and cold sandwiches or breakfast sandwiches created in a microwave were adequate but not great
