Great view and close to...

Liked: View, clean. Spacious room. Great layout.
Disliked: Bed and pillows not the most comfortable. Tvs very small.

While nice, we will stay...

Liked: We loved being by the water and having access to the pools and hot tubs for out stay. The facilities were clean as well as our room.
Disliked: We were not told that breakfast was not included in our stay. We were told at check in breakfast times and location. In the morning, we went to the lounge and were told that we had limited options for breakfast due to staffing issues. We picked out our pastries and coffee and ate. When we went to leave, we were asked how we wanted to pay for our food. We assumed since we were guests a simple pastry and coffee would be included in our stay, instead we were charged $17. When we went to the desk the gentlemen looked up our reservation and said you made your reservation on booking.com as if that made us a lesser guest and that it clearly states on "the hotel website" breakfast is not included. Upon checking booking it stated that breakfast was available but not limited or excluded from our stay. Just felt misled and then instead of apologizing for any miscommunication we were made to feel like the bad guys for bringing it up. We came here to celebrate our 10-year wedding anniversary since we stayed here for our honeymoon.

Wonderful hotel at a great...

Liked: Wonderful decor & wonderful location. Food at restaurant was fabulous. Our check in experience was so nice with such a friendly lady greeting us. lovely walks around the hotel and terrific view from our room. We appreciated the small shop with supplies in the foyer too. Indoor and outdoor pools were nice touch.
