Disliked: Property and amenities were not as shown in pictures. Constant extremely loud noises outside starting at 5 am every single day from the alley and trucks/ deliveries. Construction noises start at 8 and add to the terrible disturbances. Did not sleep comfortably at all during our stay. Shower head was awful, toiletries were not refilled. Did not shower comfortably during the stay. Pool was disappointing and the outdoor shower was not working. Carpets were old and dirty. We had spiders in our room. Did not enjoy staying at this hotel.

Liked: Great location walking distance to shops & restaurants in Waikiki. Lovely hotel, rooms are clean and comfortable. There's free coffee in the mornings, a flavored/sparkling/electrolyte water dispenser, on-site restaurant is great. Helpful staff always on hand
Disliked: There's almost no parking in the area, the hotel has valet-only parking at $45 per night which can be a bit of a delay/complication when you need to get stuff from the car or need to drive somewhere in a rush

Poor value for expensive stay

Disliked: Bath tub is very slippery causing my dad to slip and fall/hit his head on the tub. Very noisy construction work in the AM. Poor valet service. Took 30 min for them to retrieve car and for the last day they had me retrieve my car myself.
