Liked: Great location. Very nice restaurant next door, Asian food market 2 min walk away and SPA 1 min.
Disliked: Lobby looks nice but rooms are very tired looking. The swimming pool is just sad. For the right price it is a great place to stay as it's so central to everything in Waikiki.

Disliked: Was a little run down. Dimly lit along corridors. Allot of work being done while we were there. Early truck deliveries at 5;30 woke us up also drilling in wall and many other noises during the stay.

Disliked: Room is small. The shampoo and hand wash feels like diluted. The smell of the conditioner is not pleasant. Due to the great location, valet parking is expensive. Due to construction, there are noises even in the morning.

Liked: Although, we arrived very late, we were kindly greeted by a receptionist and quickly usher into our room. We were surprised with a large room on 13rd floor with a nice ocean view. The room and a bathroom were very specious. Everything was clean and very well taken care of. The housekeeping staff was excellent and very helpful. There is a small swimming pool on the roof but we did not use it, as we preferred swimming in the ocean. There is a water machine by the reception desk that the guests can use - bring your own reusable water bottle to save a lot of money! Also, you can enjoy delicious coffee in the morning in a foyer of the hotel. There is a small restaurant attached to the hotel, that serves delicious breakfasts and other meals. Hotel supplies guests with beach towels. The closest entrance to the beach is about 3 minutes walk. Great location for beach lovers, foodies and nighttimes lovers. One minute walk to the closest public bus stop - buses are great way to explore the island if you on a budget.Overall - the hotel is a go for families and singles alike. Highly recommended.
