Liked: There was a jackhammer crew right outside my balcony working. Couldn't use the balcony. Charged me for 2 nights only stayed for one night. I was already traumatized from having to come from Missouri for a medical emergency for my Mom who drowned and was in the hospital at Straub Medical. I should have been refunded the total amount but instead was charged double. Terrible
