Disliked: Arrived just after 2pm as we wanted a relaxing afternoon, was told the room wasn't ready and come back in half an hour. Went for a walk and came back and the cleaner hadn't even started cleaning so we had to sit outside in the sun waiting for another 40 minutes. No apologies from the guy in the office and the cleaner was quite rude, even left the master keys inside which we returned to the office, the cleaner then came back rudely asking for her keys and had to tell her they were at the office. The room needs maintenance and the outside area was quite dirty and untidy. It definitely wasn't a great start to the afternoon and I doubt we would stay there again.
