Liked: We stayed in this hotel a number of times and we loved it, the stuff is great and location too. Ramon and Jessie at the reception are absolutely fantastic, thank you!
Disliked: Unfortunately there is ongoing refurbishment in the lobby with seemingly no consideration of the actual visitors nor reflection in the prices. Also some furniture in the room e.g. armchair was really in a poor state, the floorboards are in a poor state, it is a very cheap type of the floor with not a trace of wood so easy and cheap to replace. It is just not right for the price to have this state of the room acceptable.

Great hotel and sunset pool...

Liked: The pool and hot tub area of the hotel are great! Super fun and relaxing with the kids. Staff were all very nice and accommodating.
Disliked: The rooms could be more comfortable.
