Very friendly B & B...

Liked: Location was brilliant for accessing the central Blackpool facilities especially the Tower Ballroom / Winter Gardens. As usual a very friendly greeting from the owners, with their brilliant and flexible breakfasts such good value for money that we will be returning again in 2025.
Disliked: Some might find the stairs a little challenging, but help with the luggage did not make it an issue.

Liked: Really friendly and welcoming from our arrival. The hotel is spotless clean and the room was cosy and comfortable. The owner was very helpful with suggestions of places to eat and even provided us with menus to help decide.The hearty breakfast was excellent and again, nothing was too much trouble.I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, it was worth every penny of the reasonable price.
