Excellent hotel in Central location...

Liked: We were treated as very special from start to finish. The staff were exceptional and so helpful. A lovely welcome prossecco drink on arrival.Lovely shortbread biscuits and truffle bonbons under a glass dome in the room. A bottle of water for each guest. Tea, coffee, and hot chocolate provided. Good quality towels in the bathroom, dressing gown and slippers for each guest. Lovely toiletries too.Lovely comfy beds, 1 double and 1 single... Perfect for 3 adults.Restaurant was nicely laid out to have a drink or meal. We had lunch from the menu. Very tasty! Breakfast was excellent with a varied menu.Complimentary Bucks fizz included!!

Wonderful hotel and location.

Liked: Location was ideal, within a short walk of bars, restaurants, and historical sites. Rroom was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Breakfast was amazing!

Liked: Very clean and well furnished. Staff made the stay that much better. Shout out to Megan who was excellent, and to the housekeeper (didn't get name but was working the morning of 26th), she was extremely pleasant and welcoming.

Liked: Staff so friendly and helpful .Offered complimentary prsecco on arrival and room upgrade room very comfortable bathroom spotless tea and coffee in room and freah milk as required .Staff ordered taxi service for us nothing was too much trouble Breakfast superb and served to table also excellent choice of food.Will certainy return
