Liked: Warm friendly welcome, the staff at Shipquay couldn't do enough for you. Class breakfast made to order and comfy rooms with great facilities and piping hot water if you like it!We typically like to visit new hotels and try new places. But this is the 2nd time we've stayed at Shipquay and truly I don't think we would stay anywhere else when visiting Londonderry.Thanks for another wonderful stay.

Liked: Extremely warm welcome on arrival. Glass of bubbly and very friendly staff. Immaculately clean. Tastefully decorated bedroom with nice little extras such as bottles of water and fresh biscuits. Good quality bed linen, towels and bathroom products.Excellent breakfast. Excellent location.
Disliked: Room was a little small.

Liked: The hotel is in a fantastic location, very central to the shops and restaurants. The complimentary bubbly on arrival was a nice touch and unexpected. The room I was in was very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely, and freshly made and a lovely view by the window - enjoyed the coffee. Will stay here again it was such great value as well.
