Great location but wouldn’t recommend...

Liked: Location was great
Disliked: We arrived at 3 to check in, room still wasn’t ready an hour later. Turns out they had a room ready, just needed to swap with our allocated room. They weren’t sorry for the inconvenience, didn’t offer any complimentary nibbles/drink whilst we were waiting. Really poor customer service, hardly kept any communication on when it would be ready.

Liked: Very comfortable and clean with good en-suite beautiful location overlooking the sea very quiet and peaceful and had a good night's sleep and helpful service excellent value for money
Disliked: No complaints

Lovely location with balcony overlooking...

Liked: Loved the location and the balcony was opposite the harbour. Perfect for sitting out with a glass of something.
Disliked: Would have liked dinner, but due to staff shortages this wasn’t available.

Liked: We arrived at the hotel hours earlier from the check-in time. The gentleman in the reception was very helpful. He even sorted out our rooms with ease. The rooms were spacious and we got the rooms with the balcony facing the harbor.
Disliked: The carpet in the second room smelled like it was not vacuumed well.
