Liked: The bed linens were clean and the location was great! The staff was friendly.
Disliked: 2nd floor hallway stinks and hotel is due for a renovation. Interior of hotel and rooms looked very dingy and dated.

Disliked: no towels or washcloths in the bathroom. offered 1 when i requested towels. told my wife that they'd bring up washcloths after they "dried". when i went back down to the front desk after 10pm, i was told that they didn't have any washcloths.

Liked: The location was great. They didn’t advertise that they had breakfast, but I did find that they had fresh coffee and a few goodies in the office area in the morning. It was a nice surprise. The staff was great. They were very attentive and going the extra mile. Our room was a pleasant surprise after walking through the worn carpeted hallway. Everything in our room was clean and orderly with nice decor. Towels were lacking a little fluff but clean. Bed and bedding were comfy. Nice hot shower.
Disliked: I realize we were staying at a budget hotel that was likely going to be older. Our first impression entering the elevator, and then walking down the hallway was not good and made us worry about what our room would look like. The carpeting is super worn and deeply dirty. It should have been replaced long ago. There was a back door facing the parking lot that was broken and stuck open by a few inches which hinders the security of the building. Again, our room was fine…read above… newer hallway carpeting would go a long way. Start with the elevator… that’s inexpensive!
