Liked: There was no bfst service. Location great. We get a suite and love the extra space with couch. Staff are professional, kind, and helpful.
Disliked: The pillows. They are way too big/stuffed. The frig had a freezer cubby but it didn't have a door on it. The shower diverter was hard to use. Sad the pool is going but looking forward to having a kitchenette in the future if it fits our bugdet.

Liked: Nothing is nothing to like about this property!! We paid for view. We got the view of the elevators. Went to check in 10 minutes early wanted to charge us $50 to check in 10 minutes early. Our room looked like a jail cell!!!

Liked: The room was very clean, lobby decor was cute.
Disliked: Getting in and out of the parking lot was kind of a hassle. The stairway smells horrible like BO, weed, and something dead. Booking.com and Shilos website did not clarify that you have to be 21 in order to book a room here. Checking in was horrible.

Liked: The location and the staff was nice
Disliked: Not as clean as expected. It took me almost 20 to get into a room as another person was in my assigned room. It was frustrating but the guy at the front Desk was really nice to me and helpful as well.

Liked: Large room for good price
Disliked: No bedspread or extra blankets.Pillows were a little too thick for folks with bad necks. Random hairs in sheets.
