Shilo has great staff but...

Liked: The staff was very nice and friendly. The atmosphere of the room was nice and like how the kitching/sitting area was separate from bed area. Felt elegant and homey. Loved having hair dryer provided little things like that.
Disliked: Very slippery tile in bathroom with no warning. I took a bad fall coming out of the shower. Should really have bath mats or warnings got a bit bruised up but luckily no serious injuries. Blankets should really come standard in a room especially in Winter. Some of the things for the room and stay felt minimalistic.There sounded like renovations or other loud work going on very late not sure why.

Disliked: I tried to call the front desk 4 different times to find out the times for breakfast, but nobody ever answered. I called the 1-800 number and was given the time for breakfast, but there was no breakfast.

Liked: Can’t say we liked anything about property When booked it’s said pets welcome when arrived we were refused to checkin because we have cat. This hotel does not allow cats Booking com was willing to find alternative for us to stay because this place would not allow for us to stay. We wasted 3 hours of our time to talk to reception and booking.com
