Disliked: We were turned away after we already had a prepaid reservation. The guy at the counter argued with us about whether or not it was already paid. We gave him the booking and reservation number and he insisted it hadn’t been paid and turned us out in the cold with a newborn at 2 in the morning. It wasn’t until after we had left and landed on a friends couch that he called and told us he had made a mistake. We had told him to call management or someone who knew what they were doing and he refused. We ended up having our room comped but not until after we had spoken to management the next day and had been thrown out in the cold like some piece of garbage rather than finding out the answers.
