Rooms are big and doors...

Clean, comfortable

Liked: Room was clean and comfortable
Disliked: I was charged a pet fee when I didn't bring my pets. I stated at check in and was still charged and had to call in the middle of my trip to clear it up

Exceptional

Rooms were roomy and nicely...

Liked: Breakfast was good. Would have like some eggs with toast in the morning.
Disliked: At 3:00 am there was a lot of noise from somewhere in another room and "they" were running the water a lot. Woke us both up.

Very good

Liked: The room was large and comfortable! The breakfast was not a hot breakfast, but sufficient. The microwave in my room did not work, and the electronic front doors were out of service, so heavy and difficult for a senior to open. The location was very close to OIT so perfect for my purpose.

Liked: Clean
Disliked: Outdated, stale, the most uncomfortable bed. Doors were broken the front desk lady was incredibly rude and dismissive. Sauna and steam room were broken. Breakfast was the bare minimum considering I paid the same price for this hotel at another one the next night and had a gorgeous experience. The staff needs hospitality training

Disliked: I usually travel with my dog, and I was surprised with a $25 fee that no doggy bag was given. You should consider a small bag that has a couple doggy bags to pick up dog poop, and a dog treat or two. I walked over by the convention center and Restaurant, and there was dog poop all over the lawn. If you gave out dog bags or had them available, your grounds would be much cleaner, and the entire facility would see more dog friendly.

All in all a good...

Liked: The hotel was clean, staff friendly,self serve breakfast conveniently packaged to take on the road or sit and eat. Ample parkiing.
Disliked: THe shower control takes a strong pull to activate, THe automatic doors in and out of the hotel were not operational and opening the doors manually took alot more force than usual for a manual open door.
